By doing flexibility we are not just learning to spilt or create amazing back bends. We are doing this but with the correct technical that helps prevent injury, improves any injuries we may have. Helps with breathing and mindfulness. We support the fascia so it responds with our training instead of being damaged. Kara will guide you through the safest and best way to create your flex goal and also relax your mind
All classes must be cancelled within 48 hours of the start of the class. Any cancellations after this will not receive a refund.
