Kim - Beginner Level Pole Instructor
Kim has been poling for 6 years and instructing for 1. She also trains in hoop, hammock and flexibility.
Kim is currently completing a Flexibility Instructor course, having fallen in love with all things stretch during the first lock down.
Kim had no dance, gymnastics or fitness background at all when she first started pole classes. A true beginner, over the years pole has developed her strength, coordination and confidence. “I know exactly what it’s like to be the nervous beginner who just wants to stay at the back of the room. But I completely fell in love with pole and I’m so happy I can now share that love with my students!”
Kim’s favourite pole moves are Butterfly Variations and Shoulder Mounts.
Kim also works full time for the NHS and lives locally with her partner, 2 cats, bearded dragon and snake.
Kim thinks that it’s really important for students to feel comfortable, welcome and empowered in the studio. Kim understands exactly how new students will be feeling and is amazing at making people at ease.
Spin City beginners pole qualified.
